Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
If cancelled within the 24-hour window, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, detailed description, and clear photos of the issue.
Returns must be approved by our team before shipment. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.
Warranty Coverage
All Solyra products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship errors for 10 months from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Accidents, drops, or impacts
Improper use or handling, including exposure to liquids
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care (e.g. bending, crushing, dropping).
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Loss or theft.
Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)
Discoloration or damage due to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning agents, or swimming pools.
Failure to follow provided care instructions
Customer Responsibilities & Care
Customers are responsible for proper care and handling of their product. We strongly recommend following our care instructions to avoid damage.
To help protect your watch, we advise removing the watch before putting on or taking off tight clothing to avoid snagging or damage.
Solyra is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged (excluding packaging), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Confirmed defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion at no cost to the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly but are not responsible for courier delays, customs hold-ups, lost or stolen parcels once shipped.
For delivery issues, please contact the courier with your tracking information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solyra’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This policy is governed by applicable consumer laws, which may vary by location.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable laws which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
